The film friction washer is used to wash dirty and contaminated film flakes.

Friction washer or friction separator can filter the sediment attached to the film and the paper and debris in the material through the mesh screen tunnel under a high-speed rotation. With a removal rate of 90%, the friction washer effectively saves the water consumption of subsequent equipment and the energy consumption for wastewater treatment.

Friction washer can be equipped with a conveyor for the undersized material as required to reduce the impurity content, and the size can be customized.

The frame is made of national standard 45# steel and channel steel, and the high-speed rotating shaft has passed the balance check to ensure the stability of the equipment.
