Screw Compactor, Plastic Recycling Machine
The screw compactor is specially designed for the dewatering drying of film plastics such as PP woven bags, PE agricultural film, LDPE film, etc. The compacted film materials are converted into plastic granules that can be recycled as construction materials, picture frames and other plastic products.
The heat treated screw is characterized by high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
A feeding device is equipped to ensure uniform and smooth feeding, and stable output.
The hydraulic-controlled jaws can effectively control the discharge speed and extrusion strength, and the moisture content of film plastics in different types can be reduced to 10% to 5%.
